We are rapidly growing and need help to carry out our mission. Consider if one of these positions is where you fit in.
Welcome Team— Ladies needed who are friendly & welcoming to others. Person should be comfortable talking to new people as well as introducing them to information about The Connection. Need to arrive approximately 30 min prior to events. Do not have to attend all events but a desire to be committed to the team when available is important as well as communicating when not available. Photography—Photographers needed for documenting our events. Should have a good eye for photography but don’t need to be a professional. Use your own camera or cell phone. Contact Mary Bender.
Blogging—Do you enjoy sharing what God is teaching you? Write as frequently or infrequently as you like. 500-1,000 words per piece. You choose your own topic or we can help! Contact Mandy Hood.
Studies—Looking for someone with desire to learn to co-facilitate small groups and help with leading and organizing Bible/book studies. Need good organizational skills and can commit to following through with the duration of the study. In-house training provided. Contact TT Williford.
Special Events— Special Events team members are needed to assist with pulling together details on various events or cooking or set up. Please let us know where your interests lie and we’ll plug you in! Team members should be detail oriented. Contact Ruthie Painter or Mandy Hood.
Mentoring—Looking for leadership team members for Together mentoring program. Follow up with mentoring partnerships to help them succeed. Prerequisite: At least one session as a Together mentor in order to have an understanding of the process. 6-7 month commitments required. Contact TT Williford.
Care Team—Sign up to be available to provide occasional meals, serve at a funeral, drive to a doctor’s appointment, help around the house, or with yard work for TC ladies in need of care. You pick and choose the tasks that you are interested in. Contact Cassandra Billotti.
Marketing—Do you have experience and enjoy creating images and promotion? Help us get the word out about TC through press releases, fliers and social media. Contact Mandy Hood.
Social outing co-coordinator—Looking for a women with the desire to schedule fun outings such as breakfasts, movie nights, ice cream nights, bowling etc. These events allow women to gather in relaxed settings to get to know each other. Responsibilities include scheduling, making reservations, advertising to TC ladies, organizing transportation, and details of outings. Contact TT Williford.
Housekeeping—We need someone to keep TC Home looking good! Clean once or twice per month. Basic cleaning of restrooms, dusting and floors. Contact Mandy Hood.
